Privacy notice
This page explains what finever.com collects and what happens to it. It is written from what the site actually does.
What we collect
The site only receives what you type into its own forms. The contact form collects:
- Full name
- Organisation (optional)
- Email address
- Phone (optional)
- Subject
- Message
Job applications
The application form on the careers page collects your name, email, phone, the position you applied for, an optional link, your note and the CV file you upload. These are processed solely for recruitment assessment and on the basis of the consent you give; they are delivered to our corporate address as an email attachment and are not stored on the server. We keep an application in our pool for six months and delete it at the end of that period. You may withdraw your consent at any time and request earlier deletion.
Your IP address
When you submit the form your IP address is processed for two reasons: to stop a single address sending many messages in a short window, and to include it in the notification email we receive. It is not stored on the server.
Where the data goes
The form content is delivered as an email to Finever’s corporate address, and the same details are recorded in a spreadsheet (Google Sheets) in our corporate Google Workspace so that requests can be tracked. The recipient address and the spreadsheet are fixed in the server configuration; the person filling in the form cannot change where the message goes. The site keeps no database of its own and does not store messages on the web server.
How long it is kept
Your message stays in our corporate mailbox for as long as your enquiry requires. You can ask us to delete it using the contact details below.
Cookies and measurement
This site sets no cookies. There is no visitor tracking and no advertising. To see how many people read which page, it runs a cookieless measurement tool (Cloudflare Web Analytics): it writes no identifier to your browser, does not store your IP address, and cannot follow you across sites. What it collects is limited to non-personal fields such as page address, referring source, country and browser type, reported in aggregate.
Third parties
Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, and Google sees the visitor's IP address during that request. If the contact form's verification step is enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile processes the verification data. Links on the reference logos go to those institutions' own sites.
Your rights
Under Turkish data protection law you may ask whether your data is processed, request information about it, and ask for it to be corrected or deleted. Use the contact details below.
